Executive Director, Operations
Azeez Olanrewaju Issa serves as Executive Director of Operations at Awimax Energy Limited, with overall responsibility for the delivery of all EPCIC projects and the management of Awimax's operational functions. He brings extensive experience in oil and gas project execution, site management and multi-discipline engineering coordination to his leadership role.
With a deep background in petroleum infrastructure project delivery, Azeez provides the operational direction and discipline management oversight that enables Awimax Energy to consistently deliver complex projects on time, within budget and to the highest technical and HSE standards.
Operational Leadership
As Executive Director of Operations, Azeez oversees the full lifecycle of Awimax's project portfolio — from initial contract mobilisation and engineering design management through to construction supervision, commissioning and handover. He ensures that each discipline — civil and structural, mechanical and piping, fire protection, electrical, and instrumentation — is effectively resourced and coordinated across all active projects.
His hands-on approach to operations management means he maintains close engagement with project sites and client interfaces throughout delivery, ensuring that emerging challenges are resolved promptly and that quality standards are consistently upheld across Awimax's operations.

Azeez plays a central role in managing Awimax's client relationships, working closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure their objectives are fully understood and delivered.
