Momodu Amina leads Awimax Energy Limited's administration and human resources functions, overseeing the operational infrastructure that supports the company's growth and the wellbeing of its workforce. She brings a wealth of experience in office administration, people management and organisational development to her role in Awimax's leadership team.
As the Head of Administration and Human Resources, Amina ensures that Awimax Energy operates with the internal organisational strength and people management capability to sustain its project delivery and business growth ambitions.
Human Resources
Amina manages the full range of Awimax's HR functions, including recruitment and selection, staff onboarding and orientation, employee relations, performance management and payroll administration. Her focus is on ensuring that Awimax attracts and retains talented, motivated people who share the company's commitment to technical excellence and professional standards.
She oversees the recruitment of engineers, technicians and project staff for Awimax's growing project portfolio, working closely with the Engineering and Operations teams to identify skills needs and build the workforce capacity required to deliver projects successfully.
Graduate Internship Programme
Amina is a key figure in the administration of Awimax's Graduate Internship Programme, which provides young Nigerian engineering graduates with hands-on experience working on real EPCIC projects. She coordinates the recruitment and management of interns, ensuring they receive the mentoring and development opportunities that make the programme meaningful and impactful.
Administration & Compliance
On the administrative side, Amina manages company documentation, corporate registrations, DPR licensing and regulatory compliance filings — ensuring that Awimax Energy maintains its good standing with all relevant Nigerian regulatory and statutory bodies. She also manages procurement administration and contract documentation in support of Awimax's project operations.
